摘    要:
制备了SiO2-Al2O3-K2O-Na2O系可压铸玻璃陶瓷,采用X射线和SEM等方法对材料的结构和物理性能进行了测试和分析。结果表明材料的主晶相为白榴石.抗压强度为420MPa,抗弯强度为102MPa,具有与牙釉质相近的性能,是一种理想的口腔修复材料;生物学实验显示,这种材料有良好的生物相容性,具有开发的价值和前景。

Abstract:
The die-cast glass ceramics in SiO_2-Al_2O_3-K_2O-Na_2O system were prepared in this study. The structure and physical property were tested and analyzed by using XRD and SEM. The result showed that the main crystal phase of the ceramic was leucite, the compression strength was 420MPa and the bending strength was 102MPa. The property of the ceramics, which is an ideal oral prothetic material, is almost same as the odonthyalus. The biological experiments indicated that the material had good biocompatibility, developed value and perspective.
