摘    要:在线控制冷却技术是热轧无缝钢管领域长期以来的重点攻关方向之一。采用有限元方法和中试试验验证,开发出合理的热轧钢管控制冷却喷环结构。结合产线特点,研制出控制冷却工艺布置和工业化装备。在此基础上,开发了钢管长度方向头端、尾端和内外壁的冷却均匀化控制策略,以及提高换规格时钢管控冷命中率的动态自适应算法,进一步提高了热轧无缝钢管在线冷却过程的控温精度和温度均匀性。工业生产应用表明,上述技术及装备满足了结构管、管线管、套管的在线控温冷却和直接淬火需要,实现了高质化、短流程工业生产,取得良好效果。

Abstract:The on-line control cooling technology is one of the main key points of the field of hot rolling seamless steel tube. Using finite element method and trial test, the reasonable structure of spray ring was designed. In combination with the characteristic of production line, the cooling process arrangement and industrial equipment were developed. On the basis of this, the control strategies of the uniform cooling of the head, the end and the internal and external wall along the length direction of tube were developed, and the dynamic adaptive algorithm of the controlled cooling hit rate at changing gauges was developed. The temperature control accuracy and uniformity of the on-line cooling process of the seamless steel tube were further improved. The application of the above technology and equipment show that the requirements of on-line controlled cooling and direct quenching for the structure tube, pipeline steel tube and casing tube can be met. The high quality and short process industry production are realized, and good effects are obtained.
