GIS壳体振动机理和局部放电优化诊断与应用

摘    要:为探究气体绝缘组合电器(GIS)电磁感应振动和局部放电(partial discharge, PD)引发电力设备异常振动的机理,建立计及集肤效应的GIS感应涡流及其电磁力的分布模型,设置GIS金属尖端PD发展实验。同步测取GIS局部放电发生时的脉冲电流和GIS壳体振动信号,融合机电信号发掘GIS局部放电的振动特征和机理。研究发现,电磁感应振动与局部放电引发GIS壳体振动存在明显差异,其中局部放电引发GIS壳体振动频率与脉冲间隔频率分布一致且能量集中分布在该频段的50Hz倍频处。最后,构建粒子群算法(PSO)优化的支持向量机(SVM)模型实现不同放电程度的模式识别,并进行实际应用。

Abstract:In order to explore the mechanism of abnormal vibration of power equipment caused by electromagnetic induced vibration and partial discharge (PD) in GIS, the distribution model of induced eddy current and its electromagnetic force considering skin effect in GIS was established, and the development experiment of PD at metal tip of GIS was set up. The pulse current and the vibration signal of GIS shell are measured simultaneously when GIS PD occurs, and the vibration characteristics and mechanism of GIS PD are explored by integrating the electromechanical signal. It is found that there are obvious differences between electromagnetic induced vibration and PD induced vibration of GIS shell. The frequency of PD induced vibration of GIS shell is the same as that of pulse interval frequency, and the energy is concentrated at the frequency of 50Hz. Finally, the SVM model optimized by particle swarm optimization (PSO) is constructed to realize the pattern recognition of different discharge levels, and it is applied in practice.
