热轧宽带钢板形控制技术的现状及未来发展

摘    要:板形是热轧宽带钢的核心质量指标,对热轧宽带钢板形理论及相关控制技术的研究一直是金属压延领域关注的热点课题。从热轧宽带钢板形控制的装备、辊形及模型3个方面系统总结了国内外的研究现状及取得的主要研究成果,其中辊形技术及控制模型的创新非常活跃,变接触轧制、改进型连续变凸度、特殊品种钢专用等辊形技术及相关控制模型显著提升了产品的板形质量,并在延长换辊周期、降低轧辊消耗、提高轧制稳定性等方面取得了较好的应用实绩。另外,总结了与板形控制密切相关的关键过程参数(如粗轧镰刀弯、精轧机架间跑偏)的检测与控制、板形智能判定和诊断技术、多尺度板形仿真模型等方面的研究进展,为未来进一步完善热轧宽带钢的板形控制理论、实现板形控制的智能化指明了方向。

Abstract:Profile and flatness is the core quality index of hot rolled wide strip. The research on propile and flattness theory and related control technologies of hot rolled wide strip has always been a hot topic in the field of metal rolling. The research status and main research results at home and abroad were systematically summarized from three aspects of equipment, roll contour and model for the profile and flatness control. The innovation of roll contour technologies and control models were very active. Roll contour technologies, such as varying contact rolling, improved continuously variable crown, specially formulated for special steel grade, etc., and related control models have significantly improved the profile and flatness quality of products. Good application achievements had been made in extending the roll change cycle, reducing roll consumption and improving rolling stability. In addition, the researches progress closely related to the profile and flatness control was summarized, such as the detection and control of the key process parameters(including slab camber in the rough rolling and strip running deviation in the finishing rolling), intelligent judgment and diagnosis technologies, multi-scale simulation model, and so on, which points out the direction for improving the control theory and realizing the intelligence of the profile and flatness control of hot rolled wide strip in the future.
