| 摘 要： | 本文叙述了Si3N4、Sialon、Al—Zr—C、Ti—B—C、SiC、Al2O3和玻璃陶瓷等自增韧陶瓷复合材料的研究，并简要介绍了自增韧陶瓷复合材料的制备工艺、微观结构、增韧机理，及材料形成的热力学和动力学条件。

| Abstract: | This paper states the research on the self-toughened ceramic composnes of Si 3 N 4 Sialon,Al-Zr-C,TiB-C,SiC,Al 2 O 3 ,and ceramic glasses . In addition,It is also introdutedhere the preparation processes,microstruchlres,toughening mechanism of the self-toughened ceramic composites,and their formation conditions of thermodynamics and kinetics . |
