| 摘 要： | 石家庄市是一个水资源严蕈匮乏的大型城市,市内有不计其数的中小企业,是全国重要的纺织和制药基地,在推动经济快速发展的同时也带来了水资源浪费及水污染严重等许多问题.如何处理水资源短缺和社会经济发展日益迅速之间的矛盾是关系到石家庄市能否可持续发展的重要问题.

| Abstract: | Shijiazhuang city is a ladge city which is in a serious shortage of water resources.there are numerous SMEs in the city and it is also an important textile and pharmaceutical base,while the promotion of rapid economic development also brings many serious water waste and water pollution problems. |
