摘    要:
针对1MWth循环流化床锅炉试验台设计,采用计算流体力学软件FLUENT6.3,对炉膛内有无脱硫剂分别进行了燃烧数值模拟。结果表明:加入脱硫剂炉膛内煤燃烧的温度比未加入脱硫剂炉膛温度低;脱硫剂的加入使炉内压力发生改变;组分O2摩尔分数在密相区较高,随高度的增加而在减小,在稀相区变化较均匀,在炉膛出口处氧气摩尔分数变化大,浓度很低,CO2摩尔分数和O2摩尔分数变化情况恰好相反。

Abstract:
The computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Fluent 6.3 software is employed to investigate numerically combustion process in 1MWth circulation fluidized bed boiler. The results show that the desulfurizing agent furnace temperature with adding desulphurizer in coal combustion is low than did not join ;Component 02 mole fraction in the dense phase region is high, with the increase of the height in the reduced, but in the dilute phase zone changes more uniform, and in the furnace outlet changes in oxygen mole fraction, concentration is low, so the mole fraction of CO2 and 02 mole frac- tion change contrary.
