| 摘 要： | 为了探讨清梳联棉结、短绒与成纱质量的关系，分析了清梳联的工艺特性，通过清梳联不同工艺配置、各单机工艺参数系统优化选配的纺纱试验，得出：只有加强清梳联系统工艺研究、合理配置工艺参数，加强试验和系统分析，才能有效降低棉结增长率和纤维损伤，从而降低短绒增长率，提高成纱质量。 |

| Abstract: | To discuss the relation between blowing-carding neps & short fibers and yarn quality,processing property of blowing-carding was analyzed.Spinning test was done through optimizing processing parameters of each single machine of different processing configuration.The test shows that strengthening processing research of blowing-carding system,configuring processing parameters reasonably and strengthening test and system analyses can reduce neps increasing rate & fiber damage to reduce short fibers increasing rate and enhance yarn quality. |
