浙江省食品安全创建城市公众满意度研究

目的测定浙江省第3批食品安全创建城市的公众食品安全满意度。方法采用统计学随机抽样原理,对浙江省第3批11个地区38个县级行政区域11400名公众电话调查,运用回归分析方法进行分析。结果浙江省第3批食品安全创建县级行政区域的公众食品安全满意度总指数83.48,与创建前(68)相比,有了较大幅度的提升,排名前3的设区市分别是丽水(89.89)、衢州(86.38)、台州(86.28)。政府打击食品安全违法行为的力度、公众对政府食品安全监管工作满意度评价对创建城市公众食品安全满意度提高呈现高度的正相关,政府打击食品安全违法行为的力度每增加一个标准单位,对创建满意度将增加2.104个单位;公众对政府食品安全监管工作满意度评价每增加一个标准单位,创建满意度将增加2.202个单位。结论为了提高创建工作群众满意度,监管部门应重拳打击违法行为,营造食品安全社会共治网。

Study on the satisfaction of the residents in the food safety founding city of Zhejiang province

s: Based on the principle of statistical random sampling, a telephone survey of 11400 residents from the 38 food safety founding cities in the third batch of 11 regions in Zhejiang Province. The results showed that the overall satisfaction of the food founding cities (83.48) was significantly improved compared with before (68). The top three regions were Lishui (89.89), Quzhou (86.38) and Taizhou (86.28). The government"s crackdown on food safety violations and the residents evaluation of the government"s food safety supervision work have a high positive correlation with the improvement of the residents food safety satisfaction, and each increase of a standard unit"s satisfaction can increase more than 2 units.Food safety founding awareness becomes the short board of the food safety founding city, and has not reached the expected goal. the regulatory authorities should crack down on illegal activities and create a social governance network of food safety.
