摘    要:针对极破碎矿体开采遇到的成本高、效率低、安全风险大等问题,提出了悬臂式掘进机落矿代替传统钻爆法落矿的技术方案,并对该技术开展了现场工业试验。试验期间对悬臂式掘进机采矿效率、生产能力、技术指标及经济指标进行详细测试与分析。试验结果证明,该技术可以有效解决极破碎矿体开采过程中遇到的生产难题,并为未来深地资源提供有效的解决方案和技术支撑。研究成果具有重要的实用价值和意义。

Mechanical mining test of cantilever roadheader for extremely broken and unstable ore body

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of high cost, low efficiency, and high safety risk in the mining of extremely broken ore body, a technical scheme of mechanical mining of cantilever roadheader instead of traditional blasting mining was proposed, and the technical scheme was tested in industry. During the test, the mining efficiency, production capacity, technical index and economic index of the cantilever roadheader were tested and analyzed in detail. The experimental results showed that this technology can effectively solve the production problems in the mining of extremely broken ore body, and provide effective solutions and technical support for the future deep resources. The research results have important practical value and significance.
