尼龙6共混增韧改性的研究

摘    要:利用双螺杆挤出机通过熔融共混制备了尼龙6/三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)/接枝三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM g MAH)和尼龙6/接枝三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM g MAH)塑料合金,并研究测定了其吸水性、力学性能和流变行为。结果表明:接枝三元乙丙橡胶明显改善尼龙6与三元乙丙橡胶之间的相容性,合金的吸水率明显降低,在保持较高强度的同时冲击性能远远优于尼龙6,接近或超过韧性尼龙;熔体指数明显下降、成型加工性较尼龙6明显改善。

Abstract:Nylon 6/EPDM/EPDM-g-MAH and Nylon 6/EPDM-g-MAH alloys were prepared by means of melt blending in a double screw extruder.Its water-absorption, mechanical properties and rheological behaviour were investigated.The results showed that the compatibility between nylon 6 and ethylene-propylene diene monomer rubber(EPDM)could be improved by adding grafted EPDM.Compared to pure nylon 6,the water-absorption rate of the alloys evidently decreased and their impact strength was higher with less rigidity loss.And the melt index (MI) of nylon 6 alloys greatly decreased,so their processability was evidently improved.
