基于多体动力学的汽油机曲轴安全性分析

摘    要:基于AVL公司的ExcitePoweru血软件进行曲轴系多体动力学计算,用以分析曲轴主轴颈和曲柄臂受力和力矩结果。同时,利用MSC.Fatigue软件,并结合有限元的分析方法,采用曲轴圆角子模型,并将多体动力学的仿真结果作为曲轴疲劳计算的边界栽荷谱进行曲轴疲劳安全系数计算。通过以上结果来评价曲轴的安全性。

Abstract:Based on the software of AVL Excite Power Unit, Multi-body dynamic method is used to calculate the crankshaft main journals and webs force and moment. Then use the software of MSC.Fatigue combining the method of finite element analysis to caculate the safety factor of crankshaft fillet model using the results of multi-body dynamic as the loads spectrum. These all may establish a basis to analysis the safety of engine crankshaft.
