基于Fluent的动压径向轴承油膜力场模拟研究

摘    要:通过Gambit划分网格建立有限元模型,利用CFD软件Fluent直接求解油膜轴承力学方程的方法对油膜轴承力场进行模拟。研究在相同的进油压力下,轴承在不同转速下油膜力场的三维分布。结果表明:油膜力场分布模拟结果与理论研究及实验结果一致,证明理论、实验与数值模拟结合研究油膜力场分布的可行性;在稳态工作下,动压滑动油膜轴承在油膜厚度最小处被分隔成楔形收敛区和发散区,并在楔形收敛区和发散区油膜分别存在正压峰值和负压峰值;油膜最大正压和最大负压随转速均呈线性增长的规律,且与位置无关。

Abstract:The three-dimensional steady-state conditions of oil film bearing pressure field distribution in the same filler inlet pressure and different journal speed were studied through finite element modeling by Gambit and solving the mechanical equation of oil film bearing directly by CFD software Fluent.The simulated result is consistent with the results of theoretical research and experiment.In steady state conditions,hydrodynamic sliding bearing oil film is divided into wedge-shaped convergent zones and diverge...
