| 摘 要： | 详述了研制轴承软膜防锈油的过程,根据轴承封存防锈的要求,通过对基础油、成膜剂、防锈剂等添加剂复配的研究,研制出了轴承软膜防锈油。该防锈油具有一定的防锈润滑作用,并经过使用试验,表明该油可用做轴承的防锈减振。

| Abstract: | The development process of soft film antirust oil for bearings is described in detail.Based on the research of base oil,film forming agent,antirust agent and other additives,the soft film antirust oil for bearings was developed.The antirust oil has antirust and lubricating effects.The experiments proved that it can be used for bearings′ rust prevention and vibration damping. |
