摘    要:本文提出了多孔陶瓷板工外线辐射器部能量损失系数K1的计算方法。分析了多孔陶瓷板开孔率、燃气种类、板面温度、火孔热强度、燃烧器结构及燃气一空气混合物进入火道前预地K3的影响,并指出了由此产生的对引射及燃烧稳定性的影响。.

Abstract:This paper puts forward the method of calculation for encergy loss coefficient (ELC)on infra-red burner head with multi-port plate ceramics. The effects of perforating port ratio,kind of gases, temperature at plate ceramics surface, flame port thermal intensity, structure of the burner and preheating temperature of air-gas mixture before entering fire flue upon ELC were analyzed. The effects of which upon inject capacity and flame stability were pointed out.
