| 摘 要： | 通过对石墨电极锥螺纹联接性质、石墨电极使用性质、石墨电极锥螺纹联接结构和几何尺寸等问题进行分析，提出了用旋合度来判断电极螺纹联接质量理念，同时也对锥螺纹加工各项参数误差进行了分析和设定，供同行参考。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the analysis of the conical thread coupling characteristics and service performance of graphite electrodes,the theory that the quality of thread coupling of graphite electrodes is detected by rotary fit(connectivity)was put forth.The errors in measurement of conical thread were analysed and the limitation for the errors was proposed,which is of help to give a reference for carbon industry. |
