立铣刀三维建模新方法

摘    要:
为解决立铣刀螺旋槽曲面的精确建模问题,提出了立铣刀端截形的数学模型,可根据立铣刀基本参数,自动计算端截形参数。通过啮合原理的分析,采用VB编制了砂轮廓形设计程序,能自动完成砂轮廓形的复杂计算。基于SolidWorks软件,应用实体扫描切除技术,实现了立铣刀的仿真建模。该方法可提高设计效率与精度,与实际加工过程相符,具有工程应用价值。

to solve surface modeling of the spiral groove of end miller,a mathematical model of end profile is proposed. Parameters of end profile can be calculated automatically,according to basic parameters of end miller. Through analysis of the engagement principle,profile design procedure of grinding wheel is developed using VB,which can complete the complex calculation of axial profile of grinding wheel.
