| 摘 要： | 注记在计算机地图制图和ＧＩＳ中是不可或缺的信息表达手段。凡是从底层开发的计算机制图系统和ＧＩＳ软件系统在开发过程中都要建立适合本系统的字库。本着多、快、好、省的原则，文中提出直接利用Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ９５／９８内部字库以及ＷｉｎｄｏｗｓＡＰＩ函数进行字符注记工作，实践结果表明这种方法所取得的效果是令人满意的。

| Abstract: | Annotation is an important part to express map information in GIS and CAC (Computer aided cartography).If the GIS or CAC software is devoloped from bottom,it is necessary to build a Chinese character library which matchs the system.For fast and convenience,the authors implement the annotation function of GIS and CAC using the library of Windows 95/98 OS and Windows API function,and the result is satisfied. |
