含泥钙芒硝洗矿工艺研究

摘    要:针对钙芒硝具有水溶性、原矿含泥量大(>40%)、脱除的泥浆液固分离极难的特点,制订了高浓度自擦洗-螺旋分级机脱泥无回水洗矿工艺,中试有用成分回收率67.16%、脱泥率95%。获得钙芒硝精矿用于制元明粉,生产顺行,技术经济合理。

Abstract:Because glauberite is a mineral with solubility,and the run-of-mine ore contain large slime,and the slurry from desliming is difficult to solid-liquid separation,the process of "self-scrubing at high concentration then classification by spiral classifier"was laid down to the ore,the recovery of valuable composition and desliming index reached 67.16%,95% respectively in the pilot-plant test.The production of Glauber's salt from glanberite concentrate was going on smoothly with rational techno-economic index.
