| 摘 要： | 针对钙芒硝具有水溶性、原矿含泥量大（＞４０％）、脱除的泥浆液固分离极难的特点，制订了高浓度自擦洗－螺旋分级机脱泥无回水洗矿工艺，中试有用成分回收率６７．１６％、脱泥率９５％。获得钙芒硝精矿用于制元明粉，生产顺行，技术经济合理。

| Abstract: | Because glauberite is a mineral with solubility,and the run-of-mine ore contain large slime,and the slurry from desliming is difficult to solid-liquid separation,the process of "self-scrubing at high concentration then classification by spiral classifier"was laid down to the ore,the recovery of valuable composition and desliming index reached 67.16%,95% respectively in the pilot-plant test.The production of Glauber's salt from glanberite concentrate was going on smoothly with rational techno-economic index. |
