摘    要:分析了双余度永磁同步电机(PMSM)的结构形式,结合正弦波脉宽调制(SPWM)技术与转子磁场定向控制(FOC)技术,提出了一种双余度PMSM用逆变器的空间矢量调制(DR-SVPWM)方法。以双余度PMSM模型为基础,在Matlab仿真软件的Simulink环境下结合S函数构建了基于DR-SVPWM的双余度PMSM伺服系统仿真模型。通过试验得到了DR-SVPWM控制方式下绕组相电流波形,分析了DR-SVPWM驱动下双余度PMSM的动态响应性能。由仿真与试验结果可见,所提出的DR-SVPWM矢量控制策略实时性强,适合于双余度PMSM伺服系统的控制。

Abstract:The structure for dual redundant permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) was analyzed. Based on the sine pulse-width modulation (SPWM) and field oriented control (FOC) algorithm, a novel control method of the DR-SVPWM for dual redundant PMSM was presented. Based on the mathematic model of PMSM, a servo-model of dual redundant PMSM was established used the S-function and the algorithm of DR-SVPWM in MATLAB-Simulink. Via experiment, the results of phase current waveform of dual redundant PMSM were drawn and the dynamic response behavior of the motor driven by the method of DR-SVPWM was analyzed. The results of the simulation and experiment verified that the DR-SVPWM method could simplify the control system of dual redundant PMSM and has a better control stability.
