摘    要:葛洲坝水电厂的技术供水系统一直随着滤水器堵塞的困扰,滤水器的堵塞带来了运行设备的频繁倒换。阀门磨损,加压水泵损坏等一系列问题。复合型自动排污滤水器有彻底清排沉积杂物的能力,又有排泄较大的浮渣的效果,且均在设备运行过程中自动完成。解决了老式滤水器的易堵塞问题。经过葛洲坝电厂两年多的运行实践证明,效果极为显著。

Abstract:The technical water supply system of Gezhouba Power Plant has been troubled by the blockage of water filter. Because of the blockage of water filter, a series of problems occurs such as the frequent replacement of filters, the abrasion of valves, and the failure of pressure pump. The compound automatic blow-off filter not only can remove completely the deposited materials but also can drain large floating debris. Moreover, such removal is automatically completed under the condition of the operation of equipment. The more than two-year operation in the Gezhouba Power Plant has showed that the effectiveness is very good.
