摘    要:OTRA-6Z水平井完钻后,因177.8 mm套管于663~667 m处断脱,造成脱节处下部套管自由活动,井筒无法承压,前期采用多种措施均未修复成功,不能正常投产。悬空尾管双封隔器工艺是在套管破损段顶部使用双向悬挂器悬挂管串,在破损段的上下分别组合使用压缩式封隔器与水力扩张式封隔器进行封隔,从而达到修补套管破损段的目的。该工艺在OTRA-6Z井的成功施工经验,为相关套管修补方案的制定提供一定的参考和借鉴。

Application of suspension packing technique in oversea casing repair well

Abstract:After finishing drilling of OTRA-6Z horizontal well, lower casing moves freely due to the break-off of ?177.8 mm casing at 663~667 m and the wellbore cannot withstand pressure. In the early stage, many measures were taken, but failed to repair and the well could not be put into production normally. The suspension liner twin packer technique is to use the bi-directional hanger to suspend the pipe string at the top of damaged casing section and adopt the combination of compression packer and water swelling packer above and below the damaged section for the purpose of repair of the damaged casing section. This technique is successfully applied in OTRA- 6Z well, which provides reference and experience for the development of repair scheme of relevant casing.
