汽车用第三代高强度钢QP980冲压成形性研究

摘    要:QP钢是一种高强度高塑性的第三代高强度钢,为了论证QP980的冲压成形能力,采用虚拟成形分析和冲压实验相结合的方法研究了汽车用第三代高强度钢板QP980的冲压成形性,并与汽车常用的CR340、DP600、DP800、DP1000四种高强度钢板进行了对比研究,研究结果证明QP980的强度略高于DP1000的强度,冲压成形性则是QP980比DP600略好。应用第三代QP钢可解决高强度且形状较复杂的零件成形问题,在汽车安全性和轻量化研究中QP980可发挥重要作用。

Abstract:QP steel is a kind of the third generation HSS with high strength and high plasticity. In order to find out QP980 stamping forming ability, the FEM analysis combined with physical tooling validation was applied. Then comparison with the other four kinds of high strength steel(CR340,DP600,DP800 and DP1000)  was made. It is found that QP980 has higher strength than that of DP1000 and with better formability than that of DP600. Applications of  the third generation QP steel can solve the issues of complicated shape parts with high strength, for car safety and lightweight it has great application values.
