流花油田超大位移井泥浆泵设备能力分析研究

摘    要:为了满足环空携岩需要,使井眼得到充分净化,开展了泥浆泵设备能力分析研究。根据钻井水力学理论,在各井段最小排量确定的基础上,建立了泥浆泵泵压、泵功率预测模型。依据该预测模型和流花油田B3ERW4超大位移井的实际钻井情况,计算得出了各井段满足携岩需要的泥浆泵泵压和泵功率,并对流花LH11-1油田的实际泥浆泵设备能力进行了校核。研究结果表明,目前Nan Hai Tiao Zhan号钻机所配备的12-P-160型泥浆泵不能满足超大位移井的井眼净化要求,同时该研究也为进一步合理选配泥浆泵设备提供了科学依据。

Abstract:In order to meet the need of carrying cuttings in annular space and make hole cleaned sufficiently,it is very important for studying on the ability of mud pump.According to the theory of drilling hydraulics,prediction model for mud pump was established on the basis of ensuring minimum flow rate. According to this model and the conditions of extended-reach well B3ERW4 in Liuhua oilfield,mud pump pressure and mud pump power were calculated on the basis of ensuring minimum flow rate which was needed to make hole cleaned sufficiently in every depth section.At the same time,the ability of mud pump which was actually used in Liuhua oilfield(i.e.Type 12-P-160 mud pump)was verified.Research results indicate that Type 12-P-160 mud pump do not meet the need of hole cleaning for extended-reach wells and at the same time this results provide scientific data for selecting mud pump rationally for the next step.
