摘    要:介绍了本课题组研制的一种新的刀具材料--T(iC,N)基金属陶瓷的成分组成及其力学性能;基于大变形-大应变理论、增量理论以及更新拉格朗日算法、采用几何断裂分离准则,建立了二维弹塑性金属正交切削有限元模型,对金属正交切削过程进行了数值模拟;改变刀具前角,得出在不同的刀具前角下T(iC,N)基金属陶瓷刀具在正交切削过程中切削力以及刀具后刀面等效应力变化;分析了切削力、刀具表面等效应力对刀具磨损的影响;模拟结果与相关研究的实验数据吻合。本文的研究为后期研制新的刀具材料提供了理论依据,降低实验成本。

Abstract:In this paper, the component constitution and the mechanical performance of a new type of tool material-Ti(C,N)-based metal ceramic, which is developed in our topic group, were introduced; to simulate the metal orthogonal cutting process, we built a 2D elasto-plastic metal orthogonal cutting finite element model(FEM) based on the theory of large deformation-large strain, the theory of increment, the update Lagrangian formulation and the geometry separation criterion. By changing the tool rake angle, the cutting force and the variation of effective stress on tool flank under different rake angle were obtained. The effect of the cutting force and the effective stress of tool face on tool wear were analyzed; the results of numerical simulation were anastomotic with the experience. Our study has provided a theorical basis for future development of new tool material and could also reduce the cost of experiment.
