硬质合金圆环与钢基体钎焊接头残余应力的数值分析

摘    要:针对硬质合金钎焊冷却过程中产生很大的热应力而导致裂纹这一问题,利用有限元软件MARC对硬质合金圆环钎焊在钢基体上的残余应力大小及分布进行了模拟,研究了钎缝厚度、钎焊压力对钎焊焊后残余应力大小及分布规律的影响.结果表明,钎缝厚度存在最佳值,在一定范围内钎焊压力增大,残余应力减小.经实验验证,计算结果与实验基本一致.

Abstract:Aiming at the brazing crack induced by the thermal stress during the process of brazing, this paper analyses the residual stress of joint between the cemented carbide cirque and steel matrix by using MARC software, and researches the effect of the filler metal thickness and the applied load on the magnitude and distribution of the residual stress. The result shows that the optimal value of filler metal thickness exists and the residual stress decreases with the applied load increasing. The calculated result is consistent with that of the experiment.
