| 摘 要： | 目的 建立一种快速电化学法检测牛乳中的过氧化氢(H2O2)。方法 设计简单的三电极电化学反应池,制备普鲁士蓝(PB)修饰的石墨粉电极, 研究制得电极对H2O2的电化学响应, 用于牛乳中H2O2的快速电化学检测。结果 在?0.1 V处, 对0.2~1.4 mmol/L的H2O2具有线性响应。该电化学方法用于实际牛乳样品中H2O2的检测, 检测的回收率在91%~106%之间。结论 该H2O2电化学检测方法简单、快速、灵敏、价格低廉。

| Abstract: | Objective To develop a fast electrochemical method for the detection of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) in milk. Methods Firstly, designed a simple three-electrode electrochemical reaction cell. Secondly, synthesized Prussian blue (PB) modified graphite power and prepared working electrode. Thirdly, studied on the electrochemical response to H2O2 of the prepared graphite power electrode. Finally, investigated the fast electrochemical detection method of H2O2 in milk with this electrode. Results The homemade electrode showed a linear response from 0.2 to 1.4 mmol/L H2O2 at ?0.1V. When using this electrochemical method to measure the H2O2 concentration in real milk sample, the detection recovery was between 91% and 106%. Conclusion This electrochemical hydrogen peroxide detection method exhibits many advantages, such as simple process, rapid, sensitive and low price. |
