水玻璃砂高温结块的机理探讨

摘    要:在高温条件下,水玻璃与石英砂牢固地结合在一起,导致铸造过程的落砂困难。本文通过x光衍射和电镜扫描研究了水玻璃砂中水玻璃的结构、形貌及水玻璃与石英砂的相互作用,探讨了水玻璃与石英砂结块的机理。

Abstract:With increasing temperature,water glass and quartz sand will combine firmly to form caking which makes the shakeout process very difficult. In this paper,by applying x-ray diffractometer and acanning electronic microanalyser,structure of water glass and its configuration,and the interaction between water glass and quartz sand are investigated. Finally,the machnism of caking has been discussed.
