低卤阻燃HDPE的力学性能研究

摘    要:研制了低卤阻燃HDPE,并对其力学性能进行了分析,详细讨论了不同分子量分布的HDPE、不同种类的偶联剂对阻燃HDPE,的拉伸强度,断裂伸长率和氧指数的影响,对阻燃剂/HDPE/(E/VAC)三元体系的红外扫描电镜照片进行了分析,从理论上对材料在拉伸过程容易出现的抽芯现象进行了解释。研制的低卤阻燃HDPE专用料,具有氧指高高、力学性能优良的特点,可广泛地用行以HDPE为基材的阻燃电线,电缆及管材和吹

Abstract:The tensile yield strength and elongation of low-halogen flame-retardant HDPE were discussed. After the properties were measured, the effects of the mechanical and low-halogen flame-retardant properties of HDPE were investigated systematically. The product has good mechanical property and high oxygen index. It can be used in the field of wire, cable and extrusion pipe.
