| 摘 要： | 研制了低卤阻燃ＨＤＰＥ，并对其力学性能进行了分析，详细讨论了不同分子量分布的ＨＤＰＥ、不同种类的偶联剂对阻燃ＨＤＰＥ，的拉伸强度，断裂伸长率和氧指数的影响，对阻燃剂／ＨＤＰＥ／（Ｅ／ＶＡＣ）三元体系的红外扫描电镜照片进行了分析，从理论上对材料在拉伸过程容易出现的抽芯现象进行了解释。研制的低卤阻燃ＨＤＰＥ专用料，具有氧指高高、力学性能优良的特点，可广泛地用行以ＨＤＰＥ为基材的阻燃电线，电缆及管材和吹

| Abstract: | The tensile yield strength and elongation of low-halogen flame-retardant HDPE were discussed. After the properties were measured, the effects of the mechanical and low-halogen flame-retardant properties of HDPE were investigated systematically. The product has good mechanical property and high oxygen index. It can be used in the field of wire, cable and extrusion pipe. |
