昆钢大红山50万t/a、400万t/a铁选厂工艺流程研究

摘    要:通过对50万t/a及400万t/a选厂的工艺流程及生产指标的介绍,分析了大红山深部铁矿(Ⅱ1铁矿组)的选矿工艺流程特点,指出了利用摇床或高梯度磁选机在尾矿中选出中矿,提高了资源的利用率。结合生产实际,分析了目前400万t/a选厂存在的问题及解决办法。50万t/a及400万t/a选厂工艺流程的技术改造及生产实践,为大红山深部铁矿的选矿开辟了新的途径。

Abstract:Through the introduction of process and production index of 500 thousand t/a and 4 million t/a concentration plant,the characteristics of the oredressing process of Dahongshan iron mine deep(Ⅱ1 iron group) were analysed,and middlings was separated by using of stable or high gradient magnetic separator in tailings,then the utilization rate of resources was improved.Combining with the production practice,the existing problems and its solutions of Dahongshan 4 million t/a concentration plant were analysed.The technical innovation of process and production practice in Dahongshan 500 thousand t/a and 4 million t/a concentration plant,which opened a new way for the oredressing process in deep of Dahongshan iron mine.
