摘    要:基于Fenton反应产生的—OH对亮绿的褪色反应,采用亮绿为指示剂,建立了一种分光光度法测定Fenton反应产生的—OH的方法。优化了体系的反应条件,并用新建立的方法研究了某些抗氧化剂对羟自由基的清除能力。结果表明,用该方法测定得到的各抗氧化剂IC50值所预测的各自的抗氧化能力顺序与文献结果一致。

Abstract:A new spectrophotometric method with brilliant green as indication was developed for the determination of hydroxyl radical from Fenton reaction based on the decoloration of brilliant green with hydroxyl radical. The condition was optimized, and the clean ability of antioxidants on hydroxyl radical was investigated. The IC50 of antioxidants and the clean ability was consistent with results in literature, which suggested the method could be used as a model to screen antioxidants.
