用堆浸工艺处理某铀矿石的生产过程中遇到一些影响生产的问题,如堆浸矿堆板结、吸附树脂结块和淋洗体系中出现沉淀物等。通过对板结物和沉淀物的化学分析,初步断定与钙、磷有关。对此,就钙和磷组分在工艺中的行径和影响进行探讨,最后认为生产过程的板结、结块和沉淀,确实分别与钙和磷有关。据此生产中已采取相应解决措施。

Effect of calcium and phosphorus on hydrometallurgical process of a uranium ore and measures to be taken

Some problems occur during treating a uranium ore by heap leaching,including formed harden matrix,agglomeration of absorption resin,precipitation in elution process.These problems bring about some impact on production.Through chemical analysis of the harden matrix and precipitation,it is preliminarily inferred that the problems are associated with Ca and P.Some methods are taken to prevent the problems in production process.
