| 摘 要： | 煤化工项目中的在线水质分析仪主要应用在水处理及热电锅炉系统,其适用性对装置的安全、节能、环保运行极其重要。论述了煤化工在线水质分析仪的选型原则,结合工程实例介绍了p H值与电导率分析仪、溶解氧与浊度分析仪、COD与NH3-N分析仪等在线水质分析仪的选型,并结合现场实际应用中存在的问题,提出了改造措施。 |

| Abstract: | In coal chemical project, on-line water quality analyzer is mainly used in water treatment unit and thermoelectric boiler system, its feasibility is very important for safety, energy saving and environmental pro-tection operation of the equipment. The selection principle of on-line water quality analyzer for coal chemical industry was elaborated, based on the project example, the selection of pH and conductivity analyzer, dissolved oxygen and turbidity analyzer, COD and NH3-N analyzer and so on, were introduced, and combining with the ex-isting problems in the practical application, improvement measures were put forward. |
