摘    要:研究预处理方法对麦草P-RCAPMP废水以及磨浆和成浆性能的影响,探讨不同的预处理方法对废水的有机负荷、磨浆能耗、纸浆物理性能及纤维形态的影响。结果表明,热水浸泡和挤压疏解预处理能显著降低废水中COD含量,节省磨浆能耗,提高纸浆质量。在TM/P(热水浸泡后,经挤压疏解机挤压后再化学预处理)的预处理条件下,COD含量下降13.5%,磨浆能耗降低10.2%,撕裂指数提高15%,裂断长提高6.6%,白度增加6.3%ISO。
