| 摘 要： | 黄河鑫业有限公司铝电解多功能联合机组控制部分采用美国AB公司的ControlLogix5000系统,各子站间用同轴电缆、光纤、专用通讯电缆等方式进行连接,在使用过程中经常出现网络故障,导致整台机组无法正常运行。本文以我公司电解多功能联合机组为例,对网络通讯方式及故障进行分析。

| Abstract: | The control system for multiple functional aluminum electrolysis unit in Xinye Co.Ltd adopts ControlLogix5000 systems from AB company of the United States.Sub-stations are connected each other with coaxial cables,optical fibers,dedicated communications cables.Network failures occur frequently during use,causing the whole unit fail to run.This article analyzes the network traffic and fault,taken our electrolysis unit for example. |
