膜浓缩木醋液的工艺研究

摘    要:综合利用超滤、纳滤和反渗透膜分离技术,对商丘三利新能源有限公司的粗制木醋液进行了浓缩处理。实验结果表明,在处理量为300L/h的条件下,原液中的总有机酸回收率可以达到90%以上,乙酸的回收率超过85%,同时木醋液经单套膜组件处理后含水量减少45%。

Abstract:Crude wood vinegar from Sanli New Energy Co. Ltd. is condensed by membrane technology of separation containing ultrafiltration, nanofiltration and reverse osmosis. The result shows, the recovery of total organic matter of original liquid can reach more than 90% and recovery of acetic acid is more than 85% while treatment capacity is about 300L/h. at the same time,water content of wood vinegar can reduce 45% after treated with single membrance module.
