混合型数控机床多机通讯结构与方法

摘    要:目前数控机床在国内已较普通使用,其中高、中档数控机床多配有与计算机连接的接口,低档数控机床则无此接口,如何使这些设备连在一起构成一个系统,以实现计算机控制与管理,是一个需待解决的问题。本文提出了一种混合型数控机床多机通讯的结构与方法及软硬件构成,从而解决了由具有通讯接口和无通讯接口的数控设备构成同一系统的问题。采用RS-232C串行扩展口以及采用8031单片机作为通讯适配器即可完成间接通讯的要求,

Abstract:Numerically controlled machine tools have been widely used in this country. Amongthem,high--grade and mediumgrade ones have interfaces to be connected to a computer,but lowgrade ones haven't. The problem is how to link up all these different kinds of NC machine toolswith a system which Can be controlled by a computer. This paper presents a multicomputer communication system for the machine tools,which successfully solves the problem. Both the hardware and software of the system are described. By use of RS232C serial communication interfaceand 8031 single chip microcomputer which is used as a communication adapter,the indirect communication is realized,which makes the integrated CAD/CAM possible.
