| 摘 要： | 以环氧树脂、端羧基了腈橡胶、TDI、双氰胺等为原料制备了一种用于粘接聚氨酯弹性体与金属的耐热底胶。讨论了端羧基丁腈橡胶用量、固化剂用量等因素对粘接强度的影响。此底胶具有耐热性能并改善了聚氨酯弹性体与金属之间的粘接性。

| Abstract: | A heat--resistance primer for bonding PU elastomer and metal was prepared from epoxy resin,carboxylic acrylonitrile--butadiene rubber, TDI,etc. The effects of the amount of carboxylic acrylonitrile--butadiene rubber, the amount of curing agent and others on the bond strength are discussed. The heat-resistance and bond strength between PU and metal are improved by the primer. |
