| 摘 要： | 通过分析,本文认为我国能源体系存在供应、消费、结构、价值和生态体系的不和谐,结合科学发展观构建以民为本的和谐能源观战略,提出以民为本的和谐能源战略的保障实施措施,从而实现为全面建设小康社会提供稳定、经济、清洁、可靠、安全的能源保障。

The Analysis of Energy Strategy in China Based on Harmonious Standpoint |

| Abstract: | This paper starts with analyzing the present status of energy system in China, and considers that disharmony among supply, consumption, structure, price together with ecological system exists in national energy system. It should be in accordance with scientific concept for development to construct humanistic and harmonious energy strategy, and puts forward measures to carry it out, so as to provide stabilizing, economical, clean, safe, reliable energy guarantee for realizing construction of a well-off society in every aspect |
