聚酰亚胺树脂在芳纶纸基材料上的应用

摘    要:研究了溶剂型聚酰亚胺树脂和自制水性聚酰亚胺树脂对芳纶纸页性能的影响,并对这两种结果进行了对比。结果表明,通过浸渍溶剂型聚酰亚胺树脂和水性聚酰亚胺树脂,芳纶纸页的物理性能均明显提高;溶剂型树脂浸渍芳纶纸页的机械性能优于自制水性聚酰亚胺树脂浸渍芳纶纸页性能。

Abstract:In this experiment was studied the effect of solvent-based polyimide resin and water-emulsified polyimide resin on strength of aramid paper, the result between the two resins was compared. The result shows that the strength of aramid paper can be improved observably by impregnation with either solvent-based polyimide resin or water-emulsified polyimide resin. The performance of aramid paper by impregnation with solvent-based polyimide resin is higher than water-emulsiifed polyimide resin.
