| 摘 要： | 针对IGBT对驱动电路的要求，提出并分析了一种廉价的、适用于桥式变换器的IGBT高频驱动电路，给出了设计时需要注意的问题。该驱动电路不但工作频率高、实现容易，还可克服常用IGBT驱动器的缺点。

| Abstract: | This paper proposes and analyzes a low cost high frequency driving circuit of IGBT, which is suitable for full bridge converter. The problems which we should pay attention to in designing are analyzed. The circuit not only can operate in high frequency but also can easily be realized. It overcomes the shortages in drivers of IGBT in common use. |
