| 摘 要： | 近年来，国内外水运环境保护工作取得了很大发展，各种新技术、新产品相继在水运环境保护中得到了应用和推广。同时，水运环境保护科研也获得了大量的研究成果。随着我国国民经济及国际贸易和旅游事业的蓬勃发展，海、河航运相应得到发展，船舶数量不断增加，船舶吨位和货运量猛增，船舶对水环境的污染也日趋严重。保护水运环境，实行清洁运输是我们追求的目标，防治污染已成为当务之急。
