现代学徒制“中国化”的困境及对策研究

文章通过分析现代学徒制“中国化”的发展轨迹, 全面探讨了现代学徒制在我国试点推广过程中出现的问题, 并从政府、学校、行业、企业四个层面提出了加强政策保障、搭建合作平台、深化人才培养模式改革以及制定考核标准等解决对策, 以期为现代学徒制的“中国化”提供参考。

Research on Predicaments and Countermeasures of Modern Apprenticeship Sinofication

Through analysis of the developing track of the modern Chinese apprenticeship sinofication, this article comprehensively analyzes the problems of the modern apprenticeship in the process of our country’s piloting scheme, and puts forward countermeasures such as enhancement of policy guarantee, formation of cooperation platform, deepening reform of talents cultivation mode and establishment of assessment standards from four perspectives: government, college, industry and enterprise, in expectation of providing a reference for modern apprenticeship sinofication.
