| Abstract: | Intermediate View Synthesis (IVS) is a key technology in multi-view display, and it is widely used in three dimensional (3D) television and 3D tele-videoconference. The development and current status of IVS are analyzed. The problems with IVS based on image interpolation are discussed. The future prospects about IVS are pointed out. |
