沥青紫外光老化特性及机理探讨

摘    要:为了研究沥青紫外光老化行为及机理,采用两种沥青进行室内模拟光老化试验.通过对沥青不同老化时间的黏度和延度时比分析,研究了沥青紫外光老化的高低温性能衰变行为,并采用组分试验、胶体结构以及红外光谱(IR)分析,探讨了其微观变化及老化机理.结果表明,紫外光老化主要发生在沥青表面,导致沥青的低温性能大幅衰减.对高温性能的影响相对较小;沥青中的芳香分和胶质对紫外光较为敏感.容易发生光氧化反应生成沥青质,胶体不稳定指数和相对羰基指数均不断增大,沥青性能不断劣化.

Abstract:UV-light is an important factor which makes performance of asphalt pavement gradually weak.In order to analyze behavior and mechanism of UV-light aging of asphalt,two kinds of asphalt were aged in the laboratory.The changes of high and low temperature performance were studied by comparing viscosity and ductility of asphalt subject to different aged time,and the micro-structure change and mechanism were discussed by constituent analysis,colloid structure and infrared spectroscopy(IR).The results and analysis...
