盐水重饱和工艺研究

摘    要:以氯碱厂隔膜法产生的蒸发结晶盐和离子膜法副产淡盐水为原料,在溶盐塔内进行盐溶解制饱和盐水实验,取得了良好的效果。在适合的实验条件下,制得的盐水中NaCl浓度达到305~320 g/L,不含固体悬浮物。实验发现,盐水流速、盐浆加入方式对溶盐过程有显著影响;盐浆浓度对溶盐效果影响不大。

Abstract:The process to produce saturated brine using vaporized crystalline salt from diaphragm process and dilute brine from ion membrane process was studied in a salt dissolving tower. Under suitable conditions, the concentration of sodium chloride in the exit brine stream amounted to 305 - 320 g/L, while no suspend solid was contained. The main influencing factors were the velocity of brine and the adding mode of salt slurry, whereas the concentration of salt slurry had weak influence.
