摘    要:围绕热辐射、噪声和扩散详述了天然气放空立管的基本设计原则和方法。按照放空气体管口流速为0.5倍音速设计放空立管直径,根据火炬热辐射强度对不同环境的影响设计放空立管高度。

Abstract:Centred on thermal radiation, noise and diffusion, the basic design principle and method of gas blowdown sound pipe are described in derail. The diameter of blowdown stand pipe is designed taking 0.5 times of acoustic velocity at the pipe mouth.The height of the pipe is designed according to the influence of flare's themal radiation indensity on various environments. The noise of blowdown flare consists of jettillg noise and burning noise and the influence of its total acoustic pressure on environment is relative to the diameter and height of blowdown stand pipe. The thinning velocity of blowdown acs and the boundary of flammable gas concentration are also relative to those. Aimed at the above problems, 30 computing formulae and a number of graphic charts are recommened for desigher's reference.
