摘    要:本文是作者在从事企业文化建设工作中的几点实际体会 ,笔者认为从企业当前的实际出发 ,只有把企业文化建设定位为一门管理科学 ,并纳入企业管理范畴 ,才能把企业文化建设落到实处 ;在国有企业的企业文化建设过程中 ,企业领导者在企业文化建设中虽然起着不可替代的重要作用 ,但不能照搬所谓的企业家文化、老板文化的提法 ;企业文化建设的核心内容是构建适应时代要求的共同价值观 ,而企业发展战略则是共同价值观的集中体现。因为发展战略中既反映了企业的历史、现状 ,又提出了企业未来的发展方向 ,需要全体员工同心同德、共同奋斗才能实现这个目标

Several Problems in the Constructing Enterprise Culture
Abstract:In this paper some practical experience in the corporate culture activities is stated.According to the current situation of corporation,the author states that corporate culture activities can become into substantialities only if the corporate culture is regarded as a management science and is assigned to the category of business administration.In government facilities,although the corporate leaders play the irreplaceable roles in the corporate culture activities,the corporate culture cannot directly copied form the enterpriser culture or leader culture.The core of the corporate culture is to construct the uniform value idea that adapted to the desire of times.The development strategy of the enterprise is the concentrative embodiment of the uniform value idea,because it incarnates not only the history,actualities but also the development direction of the enterprise.Only all the employer and employee are of one heart and one mind and strive together for the goals,then the development strategy goals can come true.
