港口岸电电缆提升输送装置设计

摘    要:设计了一款电缆提升输送装置,此装置共包括升降装置、倾斜装置、旋转装置、输送装置、电缆卷筒等部分。通过联动控制,实现同步输送电缆。试验结果表明,该装置可以将电缆提升并输送到预计高度和位置,满足船体充电的工况要求,同时有效防止电缆出现过紧或者冗余问题,避免船舶上下浮动造成的巨大拉力伤害。

Abstract:A hoisting and conveying device for electric cable was designed, which consists of cable drum as well as devices for lifting, tilting, rotating, and conveying. Synchronous transmission of electric cable was realized by linkage control. The experimental results show that the device can lift and deliver the electric cable to the expected height and position to meet the requirements of the hull charging condition. Meanwhile, it can effectively prevent the cable from being over-tightened or redundant and avoid the huge tension damage caused by ship floating.
