摘    要:针对金刚石刀具加工花岗岩过程中,单颗粒切削和颗粒顺次切削实验的实施和分析困难的问题,采用非线性软件LS-DYNA建立切削的数值模型,根据得到的花岗岩有效应力云图分析其断裂破碎过程,获得切削过程中的切削力数值,研究不同的切削参数下单颗粒和颗粒顺次切削对切削性能的影响规律。准确地预测金刚石颗粒在切削中的切削力,其结果为后续的刀具的选择和设计、提高金刚石刀具的使用寿命和加工质量,以及具体工况下切削参数的选取提供了一定的依据。

Abstract:The process of diamond tool cutting granite is essentially the process that a large number of diamond particles discretely distributed on the surface of diamond cutter complete the process of friction, plow and brittle cutting. To understand the complex cutting process, it is necessary to study the single particle cutting and the sequential cutting of particles, yet there are difficulties in conducting and analyzing the cutting experiment. In order to solve this problem, a numerical cutting model was built by using non-linear software LS-DYNA. The breaking and fracturing process of granite was analyzed by using its effective stress cloud diagram, from which the cutting force value was obtained. Besides, the influence of different cutting parameters on the cutting performance of single particle and particle in sequential cutting was studied. Cutting force of diamond particle could be accurately predicted, which provides references for selecting and designing diamond tools, improving the service life and processing quality of diamond tools, and selecting cutting parameters under different real working conditions.
